Changes made from version 3.2.2 to 3.2.3:

* Fixed issue that caused Course Points not to be sent to the device in Garmin Training Center® 3.2.0 and newer.
* Fixed issue that caused 'auto-update' to not work correctly with new installer technology.
* Fixed issue that caused text field to get truncated on 'auto-update' dialog in some languages.
