Pain on the dorsum WHILE jogging, what should I do?

Hello my dears,
I recently started running again after a 5 month break.
I used to walk about 5-10 km about 3-4 times a week.
After my break, I can hardly walk anymore. After about 10 minutes I have very strong, stinging pain on both feet (on the back of my foot). I have this pain only while jogging, otherwise with no other sport (such as crosstrainer). The pain stops immediately after I stop walking.
I did not even have that pain when I started with 15 kg overweight and without proper running shoes.
It can not lie on the shoes, they are worn in but not too old. I also tried my very old shoes and other shoes. My running shoes were then adapted to my foot.
It does not matter if I walk fast or slow, the pain comes in after about 5-10 minutes (on both feet)
I'm so desperate I would love to run again! Does anyone have a hint?
Thank you!
Wendy
