Ich finde es durchaus motivierend, Musik zum Thema Laufen zu hören. Auch im entfernteren Sinne natürlich.
Nur fehlt es mir an Liedern. ^^

Muss schon sagen, dass das alles tolle Songs sind. Aber alle sind eigentlich viel zu gut, um sie sich beim laufen reinzuziehen. Ich motiviere mich lieber bevor ich zum laufen anfange. Das mach ich auch über Kopfhörer. Aber den beim Laufen mitschleppen, so leicht wie er auch ist, mag ich nicht.

Das gehört eher in die Rubrik "Welche Musik zum Laufen?".
