Hi, my idea was to use five 20x20 tubes (100m wide footboard), but there were no high grade Al alloy ones available :( The 20x40 tubes are used for roller skis and were easy to order.
I am thinking of using a CNCed 20mm sheet (plate) instead of tubes for my second frame.

I do not like disc brakes either, but... I like steep hills. "Small" scooters are great on the way up, descending is a bit tricky and 20inch rims in fire are what one can avoid using disc or hub brakes...

We use Rubena "soapbox" Slick or Slick Sport tyres ( silica compound ). 4.9BAR, 6BAR. 5EUR, 16EUR. Much faster than Big Apples or City Jets. But very weak puncture protection:( Great for races, not for city rides.
