Bei der Lunge Matrix kann man auch mit weniger Wiederholungen anfangen um sich daran zu gewöhnen. Oder die Lunges als "Split Squat" ausführen, also die Füße jeweils fix in der Lunge-Stellung belassen und nicht in die Ausgangsstellung (aufrecht, Füße zusammen) zurückgehen nach jeder Wiederholung.
