Bei mir läuft es auch gut:
Es wurde eine 39:13min über 10km, das entspricht einer Pace von 3:55min/km. Ein Korrekturaufschlag von 2,5% auf die Messung meiner GPS-Uhr ist schon eingerechnet. Alles war im üblichen Rahmen (Durchschnittspuls 161), nur das Tempo werde ich in Köln wohl nicht gehen können. Die einzelnen km:
