Viel zu langsam, er ist die erste Hälfte des HM @4:03 min/km gelaufen. 5er in 19:00. 10er in 39:30 fände ich vom Tempo her auch ok.D-Bus hat geschrieben:Also die 5 km time trial lassen wir nur dann durchgehen, wenn die tatsächlich auf der Bahn in sub-20 gelaufen werden. Ansonsten wäre es ja wieder zu weit von VO2max entfernt. 10k time trial wäre dann wie auch 4x8'@10kRT mit 5' zu langsam.
